How Does One that Sleeps Twelve Hours a Day Become Sick!? That is my question!
My head is stuffy and I feel a little off. But all I have been doing is relaxing! Probably caught it from one of the rents…pshhhh! New Age music & tea is the cure!
Which leads me to an interesting poster I saw yesterday during an exploration of the first district!

THE CIA! No no just clever marketing to get you into a “comtemporary” art exhibit. This block of posters lead you to a gallery. The first installation being a bunch of wooden blocks?
“Contemporary art” in my opinion is weird for the sake of being weird! This specific museum had some sort of social commentary on Tibet, expressed through Installations. I swear some are so random, that you would think someone who was drunk made the art.
One piece featured a receipt in Chinese, and a grocery bag under it with items. ummmmmm?!? No wonder it was a free exhibit!

The aftermath of the Ball & Reception has prompted me to again track my eating. I am dedicated and committed to working towards my goal! So I will be roughly counting what I eat daily under the Weight Watchers regime. The key to success is – writing it down! I am on day 3! So basically up-ing my veggies and fruit servings bigtime!
I made my first omelet today! It was damn good, and I added stir fried red onions, zucchini, and red pepper as a filling. It was deeeeeelicious! I don’t mind keeping track, it becomes my hobby/obsession. I’m always trying to find tasty ways to prepare filling foods, fruits, and veggies using the lowest amounts of calories as possible!
I love to cook! Its relaxing, and satisfying if it turns out good…I don’t really follow recipes, if I do I google it! I found a good explanation on how to make an omelet. Check it!
Hahahahahaha while I’m not working – the highlights of my day are very simple! But i don’t care, Food is definately one of my passions! If anyone out there can send me some great links for low cal and easy recipes – be my guest!
I think most of those things are full of shit too.
