Copenhagen: The Aftermath

I DID IT! I completed the 13 day crazy diet! It was definitely a test of discipline, but its over! I lost on average ten pounds…so now am 2 lbs away from being what i was when i moved here. Now I can moved to phase 2 which is achieving my goal weight, this will be done by a) going to gym and b) balanced diet…the normal way.

Here is an after pic (head shot) not my best pic but you can tell some difference in my face than before

The first week was tough, and the second week was easier. The hardest was afternoons from 3-5, and night time from 8:30-10. The rest of the time it was pretty good.

The results: I lost weight, I am less hungry, and I get full on smaller proportions.

My thoughts: Copenhagen is great to kick start your metabolism, it definitely works but requires GREAT determination.

    hey, you look pretty. you definately seem to have lost in your face. good for you. still cant believe you succeeded and didnt give in to life’s little temptations.

    i hope you dont binge eat and remember, sushi is good for you .. ;P
